Bernard has many years experience within the catering industry as a top chef, he even ran his own restaurant close to the NEC Birmingham which he developed for 14 years simultaneousely he also ran a provision of first class cuisine to the private jet industry.
Bernard enjoyed the luxury of boarding top executives private jets and meeting names such as Pavaroti, Colin Powell, Whitney Hoston, Britney Spears and many more sports, golfing and music icons. All food was designed specifically for their personal requirements. Bernard also worked in the marketing of food, NPD, cookery schools and demonstrations.
Last year he was asked to take the new Liquid Egg concept into the retail sector at IFE in London and to many other locations to demonstrate its versatility and nutritional value, Bernard works for Oaklands Farm Eggs Ltd, winners of the coveted Poultry Farmer of the Year Award 2010 .
Oaklands being one of the biggest egg producers and marketers in the UK he travels around specific marketing events, demonstrating at exhibitions,schools and festivals the value of eggs and their versatility in cooking. Bernard is also seen above demonstrating at The Real Food Show in Leicester.
