An experienced restaurateur, outside caterer, chef assessor, food safety consultant and nutritionist, Michele’s passion is passing on up to date dietary information either by cooking with groups of people, or doing cookery demonstrations which are especially relevant for people who have been diagnosed with food intolerances; high cholesterol or diabetes; cutting through the overload of information that often accompanies such a diagnosis. She has recently published a booklet on ‘Lowering your Cholesterol – top Hints and Recipes’ which is user friendly and easy to follow.
Following her work with thousands of people of all ages across the Isle of Wight, she also loves demonstrating healthy recipes for the family – from weaning which is one of her specialisms, to delicious, healthy family meals which can be made in no time at all.
“I absolutely love what I do, and this comes across in both my ‘hands-on’ cookery sessions, or demo cookery. I can relate to people of all different ages and backgrounds - cookery is such a fantastic platform to share best practice and, in some small ways, to make a difference. It is entertainment at its very best!
